A delicious sipper made by blending 85% Cabernet Franc with 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot, this bold red pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods including swordfish, pork, chicken, and duck.

The North Forks shining varietal, Cabernet Franc has been steadily gaining popularity over the last few years on the East End and you don't have to look very hard to see why. The 2015 growing season had a moderately warm summer with below average rainfall. The fruit spent 3-4 weeks in contact with skins using the punchdown method to extract color and tannins and was aged for 18 months in Hungarian oak.
