A light summer sipping wine, our 2018 Rosé is made by blending 84% Cabernet Franc with 16% Merlot and is fermented dry, resulting in a clean, focused character with flavors flowing all the way through the palate. Light salmon in color with a bright, refreshing quality, this delicious dry rosé has notes of white grapefruit and hints of citrus and quince.

2018 was a cooler than average growing season which helped retain good grape acidity resulting in a crisp, bright rosé. Made in the French Provence style, the grapes spent 6-hours in contact with the skins upon arriving at the winery before being pressed to extract a light salmon hue.
